RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange/refund within 30 days of purchase. We stand behind our quality so there are any issues and will be happy to exchange the product within those 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and safety seals must be intact.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

SHIPPING

Before returning any products, please let us know via support@oncbd.net in case we don’t receive your package. To return your product, we will email a return label to you.
